Easy to work with, and good outcome

I instructed Emma on the basis that she was one of the more expensive freelancers and I expected a good and productive service. I initially spoke to Emma on instruction and then she instructed one of her freelancers to carry out the works. I had no further contact from Emma to see how the campaign was going or how it went. Top dollar for a very average service. Only 4 appointments made at a cost of nearly £700 with fees. Very frustrating for a company that has continuous work for the right company.
