I spoke with Emma over the phone. She seemed nice but that's beside the objective of the telemarketing job we paid for. We did not receive any bookings from the 2 days. £250 is a lot of money to get no bookings. In previous correspondence, we had asked about her success rate and she said she has never not had any success from the telemarketing, not the case from our experience. If looking for telemarketing, go for a lead based payment style company/person so you don't waste your money like I have here!

I am sorry that you have not had the experience you were expecting but I did try to set reasonable expectations. We notified you that the target markets you were reaching were not correct and looked to other markets. We offered you a free data mining service and you have data built as when you buy a list its 200 pounds per 1,000 contacts.
