London, GBReally NOT happy. The relationship started off great with David who was available to help.
However as time went on David would promised to complete jobs and it just never never happened.
I had access to my change history so could see when any changes where. Shocked and disappointed as this really did have an effect on my business.

Uckfield, GBDespite chasing several times and promises work would be done it wasn't and I ended up having to do it myself at the last minute. Apparently David wasn't able to do the work as he was "really snowed under with work (and also publishing my book this week which has been quite stressful)". Not even an apology. He did at least refund me promptly.
