Bosede started of well, with a very kind tone and helpful approach to review WhatsApp messages and file in a certain way, to outline examples of specific things i was looking for. But i had to go back many times with what was delivered because there were errors, omissions and incorrect information included. i don't feel secure knowing that everything has been captured fully, so although some things were fine, i now need to go through all of this again myself.
