Wix Scheduling Specialist (Hourly) — Zoom + Bookings + Waiver

Seeking an experienced Wix specialist to finish and verify our Wix Bookings setup. Tasks: migrate 5 teachers’ sessions to Wix, configure a single Zoom link for all sessions, ensure each teacher can access/manage their bookings, add class images and booking links, implement cookie consent + cookie policy, add Terms & Conditions, and add a client waiver that must be signed at booking and stored. About 50% complete — expect verification, fixes, and final setup. Start ASAP.

Scope / deliverables

Audit current Wix work and confirm remaining tasks
Create/recreate 5 teacher sessions with images and booking links
Configure Zoom integration (single link) and test confirmations/reminders
Set staff access so each teacher can manage their sessions
Add cookie consent banner + cookie policy page
Add Terms & Conditions page and link into booking flow
Implement signed waiver at booking and store records
Test desktop & mobile booking flows; provide 30–60 min handoff
