Birmingham, GBAndrea had the right attitude for the task she was given but I don't think she understood the task at hand so as a result a lot of time was wasted.
Although to her credit she tried very hard to make up for lost time by offering free 1 hour service however it didn't produce any substantial result in the end.
My advice would be for Andrea to ask more questions in the beginning to make sure she fully understood the brief before embarking on it. Andrea H.
I am disappointed with aspects of this review as confusion could have been avoided if the job specification was clear at the outset.
