Stefan's work was impressive. He is a talented architect. Not only was Stefan's work reasonably priced but he put together a comprehensive development scheme, including a Design and Access Statement for the planners. It was well thought out and then to that he added a series of 3D visuals , which we hadn't requested, but which in the event came in very useful. All in all, his work was much more than we could reasonably have expected. I imagine Stefan will be much in demand in the future.
