What the Freelancer needs to start the work
- I will need a couple of photos of each elevation of your house & any affected area of the works along with a measured survey or some dimensioned sketches to enable me to start the planning drawings.
- I will also require a licensed OS map in CAD format of the site to enable me to create the Location Plan & Block Plan - I can procure this myself from a third party source if this is not available, please select the relevant add-on service to include this.
- If you would like me to make the submission on your behalf I will need additional information to enable me to complete the planning form - this information will be required before submission and is not relevant for starting the planning drawings.
