The proposal was accepted on 14th August. We had some communication discussing spec. Had email on 18th August asking for more info which I supplied, then have not heard anything since even though followed up on 3 separate occassions. Poor communication and wasted 15 days, not impressed!!

The initial build was good, and initially he was very prompt and responsive, but then he dropped off the face of the earth for about 2 weeks, and I had a deadline I had to hit. I honestly am concerned for his safety, but who knows. If I had assurances that he'd complete the task, I'd consider him in the future based upon initial rapport, but I'm canceling this gig.

Russ was simply great- professional, courteous and a true expert at what he does. Looking forward to working with him on many more projects.
