Website creation and hosting for small company

Description of requirements/features: I need to get a modern looking company website set up, hosted and supported on a reliable and performant platform.
I want to consolidate my other domains into one hosting package for both web hosting and email. I need to get the name-servers moved, etc without major downtime.
The company website will not be too complex and will have 6-7 pages of content that need to be easily updatable by me once the site is set up.
Email hosting will also be needed for multiple domains.
I can provide sample sites that provide inspiration but I am happy for you to offer ideas too.
If you are London or Hertfordshire based then that is preferable.
I would like to deal with this as a one-stop solution so all the initial hosting platform, billing, etc should be dealt with by you and included in the price.
Additional ongoing support of the service can be discussed separately.
