General information for the website: Various
Description of requirements/features: I have a few dedicated servers, and am having problems getting emails delivered using phpmail(). Messages are not arriving, or going to spam folders, in particular Google, Yahoo, and Microsoft.
I need someone who can help - check the server settings, give support with what best practices should be observed.
I am not looking for coding, I am looking for an advisor.
All mails are individual emails, not bulk, and are requested, not spam
As the work could take an unknown number of hours, I need to know your hourly rate

Hi,
I have understood your problem. php mail function automatically spam the email which have html or some larger text.
For this you should use smtp mail configuration and use phpMailer library.
but there are some issues to use phpmailer, if you are using server of godaddy then you will have to do additional steps, and some times it wont work.
I preferred to use host gator server which is auto configured for smtp mail.
So, my question is which server you are using ?
