Peter, excepted my email brief with a tight Christmas deadline only to discover that the brief was substantially inadequate on this small job.
He would have been entitled to reject the job and there would be no argument whatsoever but to his credit he agreed to complete it when it was clear it was going to be a massive difference from what was expected. Over the next 3 days and many hours right on the knocker of Christmas Peter’s attitude was outstanding one would’ve thought he was being paid extra plus bonuses & loading this $50 showed me more about peter and his exceptional attention to detail and follow through was a case study in putting the customer first no matter what. It made me realise that some people are still deeply driven by the need to serve the customer. This was a totally selfless act from a guy on the opposite side of the world. I would have no hesitation recommending Peter, and will work with him often I’m sure. He is an outstanding and thouroghly decent person Who will not let you down.
