Short intro and outro Video (Video ratio: 9:16)

I’m looking for an into and outro video that is for my Facebook live. Here is what each clip needs to be. The size has to be Video ratio: 9:16

Intro -
To create a carton intro 30-40 seconds with a timer counting down till Live. My logo and Maybe a animated carton of me, text saying the following. Outro -
Video to be same size of Video ratio: 9:16 and needs to be no longer than 59 seconds. Just like intro but with now countdown. Will have text saying.
