I wasn't happy at all with these guys. The labels they display are nothing like the labels they produce on request. What I was sent, after two or three tweaks, was some writing over a coloured back ground. The images used were not designed by them, nor could they adapt them. It's a really poor copy and paste job. If anyone needs to see the job spec and eventual work please PM me. I wasn't even bothered working further to rectify, you know when you're talking to a completely ineffective dead end. Westerners used to getting jobs done in a certain way should absolutley avoid.

First of all I would like to clear you that our designs are 100% customised and it was based on your requirement. You have select the concepts and then based on your feedback we did the revision. But you did not see the revision and after two months you suddenly realised that we had not do the design as per your aspect. If you do not like the concepts then why not you said that. We do not use any pre made template or any image. We did the illustration for you only and it was original and you agreed on the work as well.

We have sent you many massages since last two months and still open from our side.
