I don't have much experience in regards to costing floor plans. The floor plan Milica did almost tripled the cost of the project and when I expressed this. The designer said that it's not her concern and she completed the brief I gave her. I'm not happy and feel that this was a waste of my money and time. Unfortunately the client always bears the cost of an inconsiderate design.

Making a brief for 13 new design apartments and not mentioning once you are limited with founds, was your mistake, not mine. Introducing 7 additional bathrooms and expecting that it won't cost a thing was very unrealistic. Most of the designs I do are very moderate in costs, but the truth about your project is you didn't taken any costs in to consideration and you will end up with the building which has several aparmants less then you planned because you dont have a funnding for it, and not because I havent design rational apparmants. Unrational demants are not falut of the designer but client.

Absolutely 5* and amazing..Milica is skilled in design, extremely fast and responsive too. She is versed in Uk planning regulations too which was great for me.

She is also flexible to your needs and also creative and willing to suggest

Total pleasure working with her and if the projects take off for me will use her again
