There's no doubt that Marcin is a talented designer. However, when it comes to business acumen and customer service, he is far from both as can possibly be. He doesn't stick to his promised deadline, which could prove costly if you have other phases of your project depending on his work. He repeatedly asks for payment before finishing his work citing family expenses as his excuse. He overlooks parts of the job description, and when we ask for them he evades them by saying they weren't part of his price offer and that they weren't his specialty. I don't mind that but this should be established BEFORE accepting the job not after!
