The reasons I am asking back for the money is because Mabel R advised the work would be made for me using her own creativity which was not the case all, as the work provided are existing patterns and fonts. I have not agreed to the original refund as Mabel didn't complete even half the work.

Mabel R is very unprofessional, three options were given to Mabel R, to continue the work and be paid £300 she refused, to be paid £150 for half the work logo, secondary logo, patterns, elements She refused, to be paid £50 for the logo she refused ( I accepted the logo but stated your using a font that already exists therefore not created for me as you stated you could do in the other message dialogue before you asked me to create a new message dialogue)

If she isn't willing to continue the work because she is unhappy that I am unhappy with her current work there is nothing else I can do, but get a refund and book a new pph designer.

Most designers would take the clients comments/ concerns on board and continue the work, however, Mabel lacks the professionalism to do so.

Mabel R also had an outburst earlier to this because I ask her how things were coming along too which she later apologised for, however, this has been her attitude all the way through the project. It seems Mabel is only able to work with people who are happy to take what is given.

Mabel was very profesional, quick turnaround times, and also very polite to speak to which made our work stream really pleasant to complete. Looking forward to using her for future work as we are so happy with what she produced for our complete rebrand based on a loose description from me and a sparse pinterest board of stuff we liked.
