Muteti is a very mature in his writings, he has a good command over philosophical ideas and understanding of urban issues.I was impressed by his writing on Rene Descarte,that piece of paper was quite thought provoking.I awarded my project to him,on basis of my experience what i can suggest is he is a mature scholar and a good human being.
