I would like a 2D or 3D aerial CAD design of a city

I would like the city to be based on the ‘Round City of Baghdad’ or ‘The City of Peace’ which was built over 1000 years ago. I’ll attach an article which describes the city and hopefully helps in your design, and images of what the city would have looked like.

I find the city and its concept fascinating, so to make it modern and relevant to today’s world I would need the design to have different districts; housing, manufacturing and transport to name a some.

I will consider all proposals and I'll make a decision in 24 hours.
