Grimsby, GBKerensa was brilliant from start to finish. Very quick to reply, very accommodating to my requests and was happy to go above and beyond what I expected to ensure the product was right. She gave excellent graphic design advice regarding my choices and was very quick in creating professional looking banners and logos for me.
Will definitely come to Kerensa again in the future!

London, GBExcellent work, and very happy with the technical detail, work done swiftly and despite my less than perfect spec we quickly were able to establish what I needed. I am already planning to use this freelancer again
Kerensa D.
Thank you so much for your feedback, you were great to do work for and I look forward to working with you again.

Lincoln, GBFreelancer communicated for the first week, after which stopped responding to emails and we never heard from her for several weeks, after which we discovered she breached our contract and failed to undertake anywork with atleast having the decency to inform us. She claimed to do work within the first week and issued an invoice -- however when we asked for basic information suchas hours worked and days, freelancer got defencive and never provided us with any details.
We wouldn't recommend this freelancer to others and would advise caution to anybody else using their services.Kerensa D.
WOW, quite a lot of bad remarks there, Freelancer failed to pay me for the first week of work, Even after I had spoken to him about the fact I was not prepared to hand over a list of all my contacts, which run into the thousands, as I am not handing over something I have worked on for him to then be able to use for free. He said it would have been handy but that OK he was happy with that. The second week there was a death in the family, so No I did not do any work, and yes I failed to contact him because my mind was just not on the job at that time. He has now continued to refuse to pay me, for the work I have done, I actually have people waiting to use his website, from the emails I sent out. This is now in the hands of mediation. I could not control the fact that there was a death in the family, this was unforeseen circumstances. So he is really nasty to make comments about this, as at the time of him writing the above feedback he is aware of the death. Below I have good feedback, of which two of the people came back and used me again after completing good work for them first time round. He is no right to start advising caution for people not to use me, if he does not want to recommend me, fine, I would not recommend him either, but to advise caution, just because I did not contact him straight away to tell him I had not worked because I was extremely upset over losing someone. There is nothing to advise caution on.. did I run off with his money, no because he did not pay me for the work I put in. If I had taken money and then not supplied him with work then I can understand him wanting to warn people off. But I worked, I have customers waiting and he did not pay me. He is advising caution because I am someone that gets upset when they lose a family member... fantastic!!
