We needed to have a flyer and poster turned around in 24 hours. Initially, Jorge seemed up to the task. He submitted two concepts within the first few hours--the first design we really liked, the second one not so much. We asked him to scratch the second design and to build both the flyer and poster around the first design. By the next morning, he had submitted 'finalized' files that maintained the two different images. When we tried desperately to reach him--because we needed to go to press--Jorge completely disappeared! We received no responses to our urgent messages, which was utterly surprising given that he had accepted a job with a 24-hour turnaround. We ultimately had to hire a second PPH designer to finish the job. And, once this second designer came on board, we discovered how Jorge had cut corners on the overall project. For example, the project was not set-up for full bleed (as we had requested) and the picture which he had signed off on was not high res enough to be printed without pixilation!! We have nonetheless paid him his fee, even though his failure to see our project through to completion cost us a lot of money and time. To those who would inquire about his services, CAVIAT EMPTOR!

This guy awarded me the job at Friday with clear instructions and i Ended the project within few hours and after that he gave me additional points and i Ended them as well and delivered him the final files before Saturday Evening and notify him that i'll not available for Sunday for more fixes so if you have anything else so send me within few hours or i'll be able to do it at Monday.

Instead of sharing his feedback he got disappear and never came back.

Bad bad, he never delivered the last job. And finally PPH paid out the last invoice even though we did not approve it. But hey thats life. You learn something all the time

He gave me 2 jobs 1 after the another, 1st job was delivered 2 months ago and for the 2nd job i had created 20 revisions according to his requirements then he gone for vacation and its almost 1.5 months that he is not responding me regarding the job so i have to raise the invoice.

PPH took 15 days to release the invoice, and i think it's also enough time to share the feedback.
