Working with Jonathan was a pleasure from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about hiring a designer, but Jonathan is totally client-focussed and has a great manner, which puts you at ease. He took on board the brief and gave his expert advice, and worked with the notes and feedback I gave him at each step graciously and professionally. One of the main things that struck me was how good he is with feedback; you needn't be afraid to tell him if something needs tweaking (as is always the case in the creative process) ; he responds very well and works quickly and accurately on the notes you give him, which in the past I haven't always found has been the case with other designers.
