I'm sure Jay is great at his job but both he and I lead busy lives and it seemed impossible to find a convenient time to connect which means I'm feeling like the job was unfinished. It's definitely not his fault as I was very busy but equally if you need some day time communication with someone you might want to check the calendars first as I'm not having to find someone else to finish the work.
