Fast and reliable work

I chose Jacker's bid for three reasons. He's rate was comparable to most of the bidders, he had a rating of 4 and most importantly, I found the work in his portfolio looked more bespoke in comparison to the other bidders. I was pretty satisfied with his first drafts and required only minor changes. The only negative is that I was disappointed in his responsiveness. He promised a first draft within 24 hours of acceptance. It was 48 hours before I received a response to my requests for feedback on the status of the already late job delivery. it took longer than I expected, but the final product was great.

Did everything I asked to an excellent standard.

It's taken a while, but Jacker eventually delivered a great website. There were a few hiccups along the way, but the quality of Jacker's work kept us happy. Jackers work is exceptionally good, but more attention to the customer service side of things would make for a far better experience. Cheers Nathan
