City of London, GBReally disappointed with Gill. We had a good working relationship until she decided to disappear completely.
She has requested advance payment (which she claimed was due to the need to get a vet to treat her dog) - something I have done so owing to previously good experience. After releasing payment, Gill has decided to completely disappear, sight unseen. It's been 2 weeks now with no message, no emails, no nothing.
Lesson learnt I guess and let this be a warning to anyone reading this as well.

Communications sent to client regarding this situation. It is regretful that this relationship has now gone sour. This was due to very unfortunate personal circumstances but I take full responsibility. In hindsight I realise that to this client it looked like I had disappeared (along with project payment). An apology has been given and a full refund is being issued.
