I found it very difficult to work with Florin. The brief wasn't followed in the beginning and Florin had to make changes to fit the brief we agreed on. He also could only work on the job when he wasn't out or away from his desk, and the job took very long to complete. When I needed to make payment, he requested more money than was agreed. I was not prepared to pay more.
I will unfortunately not use this freelancer again.
