Fer provided the service that I requested but I think his practices were a little untoward as before the "model" was completed he had told me I had used both my "People Per Hour" guidelines use of amendments.

To me once the job is completed, I should have had two rounds of amends.

He also charged me additionally for the "model" which when designing a model of a building, you would likely expect the model to be included! I guess I learnt a lesson to ensure the scope is completely fool proof and not to make assumptions.

Fer is absolutely fantastic to work with. Very detail oriented and skilled. Highly recommended.
