Totally unprofessional. Part completed work, paid in full on a trust basis that high res files would be sent. He has never sent these files, will not respond to emails and will not answer any calls or texts. PPH suspended his account due to this which he then managed to lie his way out of. The work paid for has still not been done and he still refuses to communicate with me. Make sure NO money is handed over until your work is completed. Typical smiling con man
