Hertz has good ideas, but he does not deliver what he says he is going to do. I found him very argumentative as well. after more than 8 weeks waiting for a product he said he would deliver in 8 days (and having to listen to him argue with me every time I asked him to do something!), i ended up hiring another developer. At the first look at the back end of my site, the new developer said ... "yeah, this is a mess of loopbacks and saved draft pages..you are lucky I enjoy challenges..."

I would not recommend working with Hertz, I found him more of a detriment than a help.

Excellent work definitely recommended.
