Had quite a few communication issues, for example I asked for a QR code to be removed but for the white line underneath to stay, what I got back was everything removed and a design change.

In the end I said to leave it as it is and I would tweak.

Also at times slow to come back to you. I received the final in CDR format but asked for PSD, I received an email to say it would be done Monday but instead I got it on Tuesday and it was corrupt. Informed of corruption and then received a working copy.

Not bad for £10, design is nice, only the English language/communication was an issue.

Terrible Customer Service, Designs were below average. Would not answer phone and take days to reply to emails VERY Frustrating. Only provided work when I said I had gone elsewhere, still not got my money back !!!
