Rochester, GBWe ended up having another designer finish this job as the quality wasn't up to scratch, it took a lot of back and forth with no real workable outcome. PPH auto paid our invoice anyway so a complete waste of money from our perspective.

There was no brief to this project. I was asked to create a sponsorship pack from an assets folder that had 75 different files and could only use 3 images and the logo. To fill the pages of this document I had to find my own images even though there were assets provided. You said you gave me instructions to the word document that you sent when there were no instructions at all so the copy that you provided was not ready for me. It was like you just put a few files together from another project, send it over and I had to guess what I was working on.
