City of London, GBMixed experience. I have a log that that I am happy with and Andy was very responsive in the feedback and revisions. However I am afraid it wasn't all good.
1) I feel I was over charged - double of what was expected and aligned prior.
2) Getting all the documents and files was a challenge once payment was made was a challenge.
Rightly or wrongly - I expected a package of files with the log .... i.e. pdf, jpeg etc documents. I had to request this multiple times.
