This guy tried his best but had accepted a job that he really didn't know how to do. I probably should have verified that he had the prerequisite skills but you live ands you learn. Gets a 3 star as he was polite and did try.

The client’s 3 stars feedback for me was not according to my efforts and output which I managed for him, including working on solution for the following issues:
1. Site performance issue.
2. SSL issue.
3. Image loading slow issue.
4. DNS issue
5. Azure Server Issue

However, without showing me the concerned Hosting Domain details, more work was not possible as the client was showing me another website’s details. Only Azure and Wordpress details were provided to me and I solved all issues related to the same. I wonder why the client was still not happy.
