I was very disappointed with Adam's work on this project. While he said he was able to start the project immediately, he first had a day delay because of his birthday (ok, no problem) then a delay because of other projects (I could understand that) however, even after a week's time and multiple messages and deadline extensions he still had not shown or submitted any work. I received no apology or explanation, except at the very end he said he had quoted the project in USD instead of GPB and did not think he could do the project for the agreed upon budget. Ultimately, I missed my project deadline because of this delay, leaving me feeling quite frustrated.

The only thing good I can say is that he refunded my deposit with out any argument.

I take full responsibility in the incompletion of this project. My birthday following family health issues took priority of my time and lead to a lack of communication from myself. Then realising the project payment was going to be made in USD resulted in me concluding the project early so I didn't waste any more of Joel's time.
