Overall the standard of work was good, however if these reviews need to be honest and reflective of our experience, then i'm afraid the amount of time the project took was too long, it wasn't a major initiative but it took far too long, secondly i do have an issue working with anybody who for reasons only known to themselves, do not and will not verbally communicate. Whilst social media and other devices are OK this total lack of communication does lead to delays and miss understandings, talking and interaction verbally - rather than literally expecting to deliver with electronic messages is ALWAYS going to be a real challenge, of course that may be subjective, although we found this a challenge, where as talking certainly makes the tasks easy to understand and accurate. I would use Ketki again ONLY though i we could physically discuss the initiative, verbally. Thank you.

I can totally relate to your feelings about verbal communications. Though we have to comply with PPH's policies.
