Bath, GBThis was a really disappointing piece of work considering Rosie's track record. I had to spend 2hrs on the document after Rosie had submitted it, to get 133 inaudibles down to 3. Rosie was unwilling to meet me half way in terms of refunding me part of the money that I had spent outsourcing to her, telling me that 133 inaudibles reflected 98% accuracy (Which it certainly doesn't as an industry standard.) I was unable, to 'let her have another go' due to time constraints and ultimately, I don't understand why I should have had to ask her to go back and fix problems, she should have done the first time. To me, not trying to fix inaudibles (especially ones that I was able to resolve myself with time + research of context) Is a bit lazy and sloppy. I'm also quite upset with her comment that she wouldn't provide me with a refund, as she would get a bad review either way, which to me doesn't really reflect this community that well. Quite a bad first buying experience on PPH.

I respectfully disagree with this buyer's assessment of the quality of my work. I hope the rest of my reviews speak for themselves. The buyer's refund request was rejected by People Per Hour as the buyer was in breach of Terms and Conditions.
