      Nicola performed more than several tasks for me today which included:

      • Contacting clients via email/ phone
      • Diary management
      • Ad hoc admin

      Everything was completed accurately and before the deadline given. Nicola was an absolute star and I would have been lost without her today. She’s extremely organised and very professional.
