I believe my requirements were defined to a certain level, however were not defined for what I was after with and for Manesh to develop.

However I also found Mensah to be very poor with communicating what his questions actually were and also to me felt he had a very abrasive tone within his communications, especially when it came to the end payment part.

What was provided, I could of done myself without having to pay a fee to Mensah and would have scored 0 for this work without acknowledging that my requirements need to be explained in more detail, but if there had of been better communication, could of easily been explained and gone through.

You knew what you wanted (Database) but couldn't provide the necessary inputs/ information/samples to help me create the exact database you want.

Right from the beginning you also made me waste my time and money setting up Sharepoint environment to create Access 2013 Web App Database as described in your job requirement but turned out through our discussion that all you needed rather was Access Desktop Database.
