It was a shame that Irene seemed to feel that I was not going to pay her especially as it was our first task.

The work was not to the standard required as i needed to seek help elsewhere but i decided to still pay her for her attempts. Its a shame as I had more work for her but I found her accusations disrespectful and not called for especially as she made an error in her assumption.

Irene did a great job creating my email campaign design, content and scheduling it out to the required contact list.

Irene was unable to complete the work due to Christmas. I would have preferred more communication as I was unaware that this was going to happen. I would have also appreciated more regular updates. This would have allowed me to make different provisions or to have renegotiated the work to be done. Unfortunately I had to complete it myself in the best way that I could, without experience of the platform, as well as guess where she had got to in the project.
