Need help on an Excel project

Thame, GBHe is indeed a mixed bag.
His work is very good but his attitude does not sit well with me.
So far as I am concerned no freelancer can survive working 9 - 5 just on weekdays. It delayed my project considerably.
He inferred I asked for more work than was agreed and that is not the case.
In the closing stages for too eager to want to raise an invoice. Literally at the first opportunity want to bill, then after I said wait, he could not wait for the next. I am aware of the financial pressures in Pakistan but there is a level of decency required.
My rating does not reflect on his work but rather on his attitude and lack of availabitty.

Thank you for appreciating my work and i didn't late your work, I have provided you the work on agreed time as i always provide work on time to my clients. But you took so long time to review it. You also missed that i already mentioned you previously that i am not available in Office this Sunday only. Lastly we don't work on Credit here. Once work is done and you satisfy you have to pay the Invoice.
