Unprofessional, do not respond to messages or work submitted, don't pay on time, had to keep chasing payments, to this day never received a reply - tehy all work out of different countries, Emma is ok but Admin lady from South America could not be more unprofessional.

Crystal Palace, GBI needed someone to do last minute phone bashing for an event delegate campaign and Carolyn came to the rescue. She really put the effort in, made lots of calls, was very clear with her reporting & came across very professionally when we spoke. I would work with her again.
