Using the 'mode' average is not really appropriate for answering the central question. I had assumed you were using some version of mean or median and also assumed given your experience you would be advising me on the most appropriate methodology. I think maybe my request was a bigger piece of work than either of us had envisaged and I should have selected someone with less experience and more time. Thank you for your help. I appreciate what you have done, it gives me something to start with.
