Urgent- Quick job! Format poster for printing and one image swap

Hi. I need the attached poster formatted for print on a vertical 36x24 posterboard. The pink scalloped border needs to go to the edge of the white board. There will not be a scallop edge cut on the board. I want the flower design changed to look more like the yellow flowers on the other uploaded image. Flowers should be the same soft pink/blush colors that resemble a watercolor. I need this done now. Thanks

I am creating a heart-warming children’s picture book that follows three siblings through an entire day with their grandpa—gardening, baking, exploring, start watching, and plenty of small, tender moments in between. The manuscript is locked; now I need an illustrator who can bring more than twenty interior spreads to life and design a captivating front (and optional back) cover that ties everything together. Scope • Twenty-plus full-bleed, full-color spreads that flow naturally with the text. • A cover that leaves room for title, author name, and spine text, formatted for both print (CMYK, bleed) and eBook. Style & Tone I am wide open on artistic approach—cartoon, semi-realistic, watercolor, digital painting—so long as the final art feels warm, joyful, and age-appropriate (target readers: 2-8). Consistency across characters, settings, and palettes is crucial, and the images must communicate the loving bond between children and grandparent at first glance. Deliverables 1. Rough character sketches for approval. 2. Storyboard or thumbnail layout of all spreads. 3. Final high-resolution artwork (minimum 300 dpi) in layered PSD or AI plus flattened TIFF/PNG for print. 4. Print-ready PDF of the entire book, including cover, with bleed and crop marks. 5. Web-optimized JPEG/PNG set for eBook conversion. Timeline is flexible within reason, but please outline realistic milestones for sketches, line art, color, and final files. Architectural rendering

I am seeking a talented illustrator to create a charming, hand-drawn or watercolor-style site plan based on an existing PDF and several photographs. I need a logo for a university club

I need someone who can design the "LatAm Business Club" logo efficiently, quickly, and co-operatively. After looking at the sample materials, I would like the expert to come up with five logo prototypes, from which I will pick one and demand modifications. I have founded the "LatAm Business Club" (which stands for Latin American Business Club). The logo needs to be classy and elegant yet stylish and minimalist. No robust emblems, but it still needs to portray seriousness and elegance. I will submit some material samples. I would like a small map of Latin America as the image, which should have the same size than the text: "LBC". I also expect a larger and full version of the logo with a larger picture of the Latin American map image and full text that reads "LatAm Business Club" rather than "LBC". Finally, I also want the shortened version for an Instagram and LinkedIn profile picture, as well as for a LinkedIn and Facebook profile background (just changing the dimensions). The color of the text should be maroon (dark red) or navy blue. Do it in both, and I will tell you which one looks better. I also expect the Latin American logo to be better designed, and I want to see it in both red and blue, and would like to have a watercolor effect, such as the one in the picture. Not straightly one colour. I expect high levels of commitment, and do not want someone who is doing the job as quickly as possible just for the money. This is a fixed income project, and will not accept increases in price in the middle of the process. I expect commitment and efficiency. Ideally, I would like to finish this in 3 days. This job required patience and willingness to modify the previously done work (unlimitedly).

I would like written Photoshop instructions (step 1, step 2 etc) on how to change a photo of the trees that I took into a painting, similar to the second photo I attached.
