Architectural rendering

I am seeking a talented illustrator to create a charming, hand-drawn or watercolor-style site plan based on an existing PDF and several photographs. This illustration is intended to visually communicate our proposed developments around Parton Village Hall in Dumfries & Galloway to neighbors and the local community, rather than for planning submission. The final artwork should feature the village hall, two small car parks, and a community garden/orchard, presented in a warm and inviting style. A high-resolution PDF suitable for A3/A2 printing is required. The budget is approximately £100? with a one-week turnaround preferred.
