Social Media Content Creator - my videos into visual content

Description: I’m looking for a talented and creative social media content creator to help me repurpose video content and design engaging visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. The goal is to take raw video content (which I will provide) and create multiple pieces of content, including carousels, reels, quote graphics, and promotional posts. You will be working with content from my coaching program, which helps midlife entrepreneurial men (35-50) take control of their lives and achieve balance in health, relationships, and business. The tone is direct, motivating, and relatable, and the design needs to reflect that (no fluff, no clichés). This is my initial brief. It may be that the text for the content will be quite far developed. It needs turning into the finished posts. Same with the videos. I can drop it into Opus Clip or similar. I also can jump cut and add the captions (CapCut, Captions) so your work will need to be as good or better than what I can do or else I'm simply better off doing it myself. What I want to put out each week (when talking we can work out who would do what): Carousels for Instagram (1 per week): Take key points from the video transcript (which will be provided) and create visually appealing, easy-to-read carousels (4-6 slides) that break down tips, steps, or insights from the video. Example: “5 Steps to Stop Being the Fixer and Start Leading Your Own Life” Quote Graphics (1-2 per week): Pull motivating one-liners or quotes from the videos or transcript and create simple, bold, and visually engaging quote posts for Instagram and LinkedIn. Example: “A man who leads his own life creates success for everyone around him.” Reels or Story Clips (2-3 per week): Cut down the core video into shorter clips (15-60 seconds) to use as Instagram/Facebook reels or stories. These clips should focus on punchy, engaging moments from the video. I already have Opus which could help create the initial content. Example: Short reel highlighting a key problem or solution from the video. Promotional Posts for Events/Offers (1 per week): Design visually appealing posts promoting upcoming live events (e.g., FIRE CODE Training) or low-ticket offers (worksheets, mini-courses). These will be text-based promos with a clear CTA.
