Create SVG Animated Icons
I need a designer that is experience in creating animated SVG icons. I have a series of 7 icons I want to add some basic animation to that will then be used on a web page. For example on the attached, the lady pointing I would like her arm to wave her pointer around, the printer I would like the paper to move down slightly, the megaphone sound to move out, the red arrow icon to be moving in the up direction, the computer with the globe the globe should spin, the embroidery machine the bar in the middle perhaps swings from left to right and the the window cleaner the cleaner moves down and the stars appear. Golfer and Golf Club Analysis Application Please Needed
Hi, I please need a golf-related software program developed to accurately determine a rotation point location along the length of a golf club under specific club movement conditions. In a nutshell, the movement takes place before a swing even begins, where a rotation of the club is commonly performed by a golfer that creates a point along the length of the club. In essence it divides the length of the club into two sections. The point location can vary significantly from golfer to golfer and is a crucial measurement that needs to be found. At first thought it would seem to be a comparatively easy task because the club movement occurs before a swing even starts. But club movements during the period can be extremely small and subtle for some clubs and/or golfers, so much so that they are barely noticeable unless specifically looking for them. Furthermore, the entire club as a whole is generally moved around during the period, so the rotation point location does too. This makes it more difficult to track and determine the rotation point location needed for a golfer (along the plane that club weight is sensed). Nevertheless, with appropriate skills one should be able to form such a program pretty well. Various attempts have been made in the past, the earliest ones using an inertial-type sensor(s). But sensor reading drifting issues toward determining club positions were a major issue. (An entire pre-swing period from start to finish, over which numerous relevant club movements [waggles] are often individually made [and each can vary some] and separated by short inactive periods, can last upwards of 10 seconds or more. However, measuring just a single representative waggle is generally less than a second, and with the most relevant portion of the waggle being even less than that.) Another attempt(s) was using video, video frames, and computer vision (only 2D video is fundamentally required). Simple conspicuous tracking markers were placed on the club to be measured, and apparently some type of artificial intelligence was applied. But the contractor(s) could really not even come close to tracking the markers and determining any kind of usable rotation point location. To the best of my recollection, programming languages such as R (visually nice but unusable in other manners), C, and Python have been used at various times. Beyond fundamentally needing to find accurate rotation point locations for golfers, a video-type application "might" provide additional information that may be more useful for helping users of and further developing the actual application. But I am not really certain of that right now. Results have been so poor and inaccurate among efforts to this point that I am still unable to even positively prove whether certain concepts are correct yet. In view of this I am still essentially at a prototyping stage. So I am still in need a very rudimental version of such an application next, one that can be produced in a manner and with hardware/software components ideally most efficient from time and cost standpoints yet hopefully provide some decent results to finally get to analyze. My budget will remain quite small for the project unless and until certain elements are proven well first, and then I can take things from there toward commercialization hoped for. Additional details are available regarding documentation of past attempts and the good and bad of those along with more of what is needed for a next attempt. With various IP rights in play, an NDA will likely be required in order for me to release most additional details. I am open to considering project or hourly rates, though completely open-ended hourly rates cannot really be considered and a good estimate of hours required should be possible for what is needed here. I have just built and IT questions and answers style blog and have named this "The Azure Ninja". The site isn't finished but I am looking for a logo/avatar to be designed. The style I am looking for is of a type of avatar/mascot that you see for companies. Think of companies like HostGatar.com or the Michellen man. Animation of a globe earth being squashed to flat
I need this to be around 5 seconds in duration. I would like an animation of a globe earth (not necessarily rotating) being squashed flat by a large hand to resemble the flat earth model: Antarctic ice wall all the way around the disc shaped earth, with all the continents within. Need a unique grayscale illustration
I am looking for a talented artist/illustrator who can create a clean quality grayscale illustration that portrays a scene from a book. The book is about old bridges. The scene is that of a prehistoric woman crossing a narrow deep gorge in a forested area by swinging from one tree (on one side of the gorge) to another tree (on the other side of the gorge) using tree vines. The illustration needs to: 1) show the gorge (and the fact that it is not possible to cross it other than swinging from the trees that surround it), 2) a wide portion of the forest on either side of the gorge (the illustration should not have a narrow focus; a wide-angle lens is needed to illustrate the scene) 3) one prehistoric woman swinging across the gorge from tree to tree, and 4) a few other prehistoric people (men and women) on both sides of the gorge on the floor of the forest (not on trees) as if they have either crossed the gorge or are getting ready to do so.

AD Connect Swing Migration
Currently have AD Connect version is 1.4 unable to export configuration. In this case all articles refer to performing a swing migration. I have the new server up and AD connect is installed. I need support with conducting the actual swing migration in staging mode then decommissioning primary AD Connect and setting staging to primary. Structural analysis on wooden beam systems-civil engineering
Hi, I need some structural analysis doing on a simple beam and load system. It is actually a climbing wall which has an adjustable angle. The bottom horizontal beam is flat on the floor. there is an upright (vertical 95mm x 95mm) vertical wood beam with a hinge at the top. On the hinge is attached the top beam which is the climbing wall. The beam is adjustable but can come to 40 degrees to the vertical. There is a restraint (either rope or wooden brace) to stop the beam from swinging down with the climbers weight. I have given the dimensions of the Pine wooden beams on the drawing. The beams will be bolted together (accept for the hinge). I want to know what all of the stresses and bending moments are in the system to know where the maximum forces are and whether or not the wood I have specified is strong enough. I would like to add a factor of safety of at lease 2 times (or ideally 3 times) Please could you model this on a structural analysis software system and provide all of the forces, stresses, deflections and let me know the maximum factor of safety before failure with the specified wood dimensions. If the dimensions of the wood are too small I would like the right dimensions to achieve a factor of safety of 3. I would like to know that the screws I would need to hold the joints as well. Please can you quote, and also confirm the software you will be using. thanks Richard
