Design Logo/avatar for IT website

I have just built and IT questions and answers style blog and have named this "The Azure Ninja". The site isn't finished but I am looking for a logo/avatar to be designed.

The style I am looking for is of a type of avatar/mascot that you see for companies. Think of companies like HostGatar.com or the Michellen man. The look I am after is of a blue Ninja either stood up looking into the viewer with a thumbs up, or him flying through the air swinging a sword or shuriken of sorts. I'd like 3 variations of the ninja - one with a full body stood up as stated, another as just the face for when I make posts and comments (this one would be my avatar) and another which sits with the logo itself with the words Azure Ninja (like the shark one above) . These images are not good enough though and are of poor quality. The quality I am after are like hostgator and the shark linked above.
