IoT Networking with Teltonika Devices Urgent help needed

I have 4G based IoT Network built with Teltonika gateways (RUTX50, TRB140 mostly). All are connected together via a RMS VPN, and each has a number of electricity meters attached on thier LANs. A VM in Azure is able to poll each electricity meter via MODBUS and read their parameters. However, some of the Gateways now need additional PLCs attached to their LANs, but they have different IP ranges, and some need to have their traffic kept seperate. I need urgent help in configuring a number of the devices with VLANS and and the RMS VPN so that all devices can talk to each other, including the new PLCs. I need long term support, so welcome those who can help urgently but would like a longer term relationship. UK based prefered.

PLC Programming for Schneider M221

I need a PLC Programmer to write the programme for a M221. The system will monitor the power supply to a building (x3 4-20mA analogue inputs) and open open a series of 4 contactors when the maximum load is exceeded, depending on the average of the current and the time it is seen for. The simple programme then needs to hold the contactor open for a determined time after it has been 'tripped'. The operation and status needs to be outputted to a graphic display unit. Longer term PLC programming available for the right candidate. Full logic will be provided, further refinement may be required depending on real life testing.

Configuring Insys MRO-L200 Router

I have an Insys MRO-L200 router I need to configure. The router will sit in a control panel in a bakery, the panel at the moment has 2 networked devices in it (a PLC and a HMI) The panel network needs to be connected to 2 external networks, a corporate network (to pick up KPIs, and which has internet / VPN access) and a factory network for the engineers to diagnose faults on the PLC / VNC into the HMI. Both devices need to appear as IP addresses on both the external networks - I have all the IP addresses etc The router is currently in my office in Stockport, where i have enough spare PLCs / PCs to emulate the final network. Ideally what I want is for the router to be configured such that I can take it to site, plug it in and watch it work!

Electronic Engineer Needed for Panel Wiring & PLC Programming

MySuperfoods Ltd are looking for a contract electrical/electronic engineer based in the UK, with panel wiring experience and optionally PLC/HMI programming experience. You would be working with a mechatronic engineer building/rebuilding a number of automated and semi automated packaging solutions. PROJECT SPECS - Build of a new control panel / enclosure. - Minimal selection of components / design, as most parts are known or in place. Specifically, we need to find a suitable amplifier / transmitter for a load cell - This control panel will have a PLC and HMI, which we would ideally need to have it programmed by you, although could outsource the programming if needed. We know exactly how the program must work, it's relatively simple - The PLC must have a minimum of just 3 DI (perhaps just 2 would be ok), 1 AI and 4 DO, one of which must be able to deliver +10 khz. There's a similar machine with a control panel that could be modified, with a Delta PLC and Weintek HMI screen, but you may want to use other brands. We've also looked into Kinco PLC+HMI 2 in 1, but you may prefer a higher end solution such as Siemens? - The actual PLC program is relatively simple, one thing it will need to do is drive the stepper driver by sending step pulses to the driver and these must include a ramping up and down of the frequency to smoothly accelerate the stepper. The HMI will have a few pages in the screen but relatively simple - Potentially some install / commissioning, site is in Canterbury, Kent. Please respond with your availability if interested
