The project involves:

Booking & hire management (1 h - 1 week)

BLE-based device control (door unlock, bike lock/power)

GPS tracking + geofence enforcement

PAYG and subscription payments

Admin dashboard for fleet management

App

Platform: React Native (preferred) for iOS & Android.

Features: BLE communication, push notifications, GPS integration.

Backend

Node.js/Express API with PostgreSQL database.

MQTT broker (e.g., EMQX/Flespi) for telematics and device data.

    1. Do you already have specific BLE hardware or SDK documentation for the bike locks and controllers?

    2. Should the telematics device send data via MQTT only, or should we support REST/WebSocket fallback?

    3. Do you need multi-operator or regional admin roles in the dashboard?

    4. Will the payment flow include wallet/balance top-up or direct PAYG only?

    5. Do you plan to integrate crash detection or remote disable features from the telematics device?
