I am looking for someone who can research the top 15-20 companies in a list of businesses in my areas and will input their Company name, area (eg Richmond, Putney), phone number and website in four columns in Excel. Modification of dietary website - registration and dashboard

We have a dietary and exercise website, providing support services to men and women. The goal is for the users to register on the website, creating a secure section where the user is able to input weekly info i.e weight and waist measurements. We wish our members to be able to see graphs that display these measurements over length of input through a private page members page. They will also require the functionality through their dashboard to post their food diaries weekly which will be monitored and responded to by admins / nutritionists. These diaries should be tracked as being read / responded to and viewed historically. Overal the registration process needs to be streamlined from registration through to a neat looking dashboard which displays weight , waist measurements in graph form over time and have diary responses. There are registration forms (electronic copies wil be provided) that will need to be completed online. This access needs to remain(website is currently mobile freindly) / be mobile friendly so that food diaries / graphs can be viewed / submitted across a variety of platforms. We have a technical admin employee who would like to continue supporting the work once you've finished and be abe to further develop the look and feel if required. As such this work needs to sit seperately within the code, possibly in the form of plugins. We'd also reserve the right to integrate this into our sister site easily and with little difficulty. At present, we have particpants registered using these forms externally. So we would still like to have them registered onto the site, without the need to complete the forms though requiring access to this new dashboard. This is a one-off solution where once the user area is implemented, all users will go through the process described. We require an expereinced developer, who can provide minimal support post implementation, working with our technical admin upon request but we do not envisage this being regular. We have a tight deadline and would require the expert to have the work completed within the next couple of weeks and then trhough a testing phase of around a week or two.
